Q: Can I use the computers?
A: Yes. Just sign your full first and last name on the sign-in sheet.
Q: Can I get on Facebook?
A: Yes. In fact, we're on Facebook ourselves! Check us out!
Q: How long may I use the computer?
A: If no one is waiting, for an hour. If someone is waiting, for
half an hour.
Q: Can I use my cell phone in the library?
A: No.
Q: Do you have wireless Internet (WiFi)?
A: Yes.
Q: Is there a charge to use WiFi?
A: No.
Q: How much are overdue fines?
A: They are 10 cents a library day (days we are open).
Q: If I return the item late, and it's in good shape, do I still have
to pay the fine?
A: Yes.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We're open Mondays 12-5 PM, Wednesdays 12-8 PM, and Fridays 12-5
PM and 7-9 PM.
Q: How much are copies? Faxes?
A: Copies, from the printer and copier, are 15 cents each. Faxes are
$1 a sheet.
Q: How do I get a Universal Library Card?
A: Just bring in a current piece of photo ID (driver's license, etc.)
during library hours.
Q: Why do I need one?
A: Because we are in the process of automating our library. When we
do, you'll need the Universal Card to check out materials.
Q: How old should my child be to get a library card of his/her own?
A: There's no set age. It depends on when you and the child agree
that he/she is responsible enough.
Q: Can my friends use my library card?
A: We would prefer not.
Q: Why?
A: Because if your name is on the card, YOU are responsible for the
item. Even if your friend took it out.
